Schuster V Series
The Schuster V Series comprises compact vertical turning cells built from identical spindle modules. The VD20 pairs two modules with one fast NC handling gripper that loads, unloads and flips parts, running either twin machining or both sides of a part in one cell; the V20 trio adds a third module to balance uneven operations. These machines are ideal for industries such as automotive and medical technology, where rotationally symmetrical parts run in high volumes. Notable features include deburring, measuring or marking during machining time.
