CASF

CASF

This is a processing technology that removes abnormal layers from the surface of objects, performs surface smoothing, and imparting compressive stress due to the cavitation effect by injecting high-pressure water in a tank filled with abrasive suspension. For example, in the process of layered molding of parts produced by a metal 3D printer, abnormal layers such as poor melting and cavities frequently occur from the surface layer to a depth of approximately 150 μm. With CASF processing technology, abnormal layers can be removed, surface smoothing treatment and compressive stress can be applied to increase fatigue strength and improve fatigue life.

Key Features of the CASF:

Can Reach Inner Diameter for Surface Finishing

Increase Fatigue and Improve Fatigue Life Cycle

Improve Surface Roughness
